BOOKING POLICY

Safari Daily Rates Include:

1. Accommodation in hunting area

2. Services of camp personnel

3. Daily laundry, meals, wine, beverages

4. Services of a fully licensed Professional Hunter, vehicle, trackers and skinners

5. Field preparation of trophies

Safari Daily Rates Exclude:

1. Packing, dipping and shipping of trophies to final destination

2. Charter flights

3. Gratuities

4. Government levies of 2% charged on daily rate and 4% on trophy fees. (Zimbabwe)

Liability:

• Even though every possible care is taken to safeguard clients and their property, we cannot accept responsibility for any illness contracted, accidents, injuries or any losses arising from any safari outfitted by Bill Lemon Safaris.

• We accept no responsibility for late arrival of weapons or luggage or for any cost incurred to collect such items from the airport or other place.

• We suggest you take out the necessary insurance to cover yourself and your property.

Payment Terms:

• A hunt can only be confirmed on the receipt of a deposit based on 50% of the total daily rate.

• Deposits will not be refunded unless the hunt is cancelled no less than six months prior to March 1st of the calendar year in which the hunt was booked. In the event of the hunt being cancelled prior to this date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• In the event of the client's safety being threatened due to politically related violence, a 100% refund of the deposit will be made.
